What needs your attention
This section surfaces what requires your direct input right now. Decisions are listed first — followed by active risks to the June target. Each item includes context on why it matters and what happens if it stalls.
How to read the tags in this dashboard
ConfirmedExplicitly agreed upon, publicly announced, or directly confirmed in conversation. No further validation needed.
Pending or at riskRequires a decision, is currently unresolved, or poses a risk to the June timeline if not addressed promptly. Action is needed.
ProjectedA working assumption based on available information. Not formally confirmed — should be validated with Keith before being treated as a locked milestone.
Decisions pending
DecisionWhy it mattersOwnerDeadline
Schedule approval meeting with Pastor JonathanThis is the single most time-sensitive item on the board.

Every workstream between now and June — the leadership introduction, the audit, the alignment session, the calendar build — depends on strategic approval being in place first.

Without this meeting confirmed in April, the June target is at risk.

RiskWhat this means for JuneStatus
Undefined approval chain from HR meetingThe March 30 meeting is scheduled — but what a green light looks like coming out of it has not been defined.

If the meeting does not produce a clear next step or decision, there is a gap at the top of the critical path. All downstream workstreams requiring strategic sign-off cannot begin until this is resolved.
Monitoring
Compressed runway to JuneFrom the point of approval to the June socialization target, we are working within approximately two months.

That window is achievable — but it requires decisions to move quickly and sequentially. Any delay at the approval stage compresses an already tight timeline.
Time sensitive
Where we are
Four active tracks are running simultaneously. The cards below define each track — what it covers and how to interpret it.

Below the cards, all four tracks are merged into one single chronological timeline. Use the filter buttons to view all dates, internal-only, or external-only items.
Celebratory calendar
Mar 2026 – Jul 2026
Dates already publicly communicated to the OCBF congregation. Confirmed external milestones and natural momentum windows to build community energy ahead of larger internal transitions.
Bridge year — confirmed
Jun 2026 – Sep 2026
Strategic milestones explicitly confirmed by Keith Williams during the March 18 meeting. These dates are locked and drive the critical path for all work between now and June.
Bridge year — projected
Jan 2026 – Dec 2027
Working assumptions about the full transition build sequence — based on confirmed milestones, public information, and the general shape of the transition. These should be validated with Keith.

What happens next
To reach the June socialization target, the following workstreams must be initiated between now and the end of May.
  • Critical path items are sequential — they must happen first because everything else depends on them.
  • Action step items run in parallel. They represent standard requirements for a communications strategy launch of this scope. None of them are optional if June is going to land well.
